MUCH better places to stay elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cons: - Out of 41 TV channels, only 19 work, many of which were not even in HD. When checking in, heard 2 other customers complaining about same issue. Front desk replied they are changing cable carriers, but if you read reviews on TA and Google, same issue was happening 8 months ago. Desk agent recommended we stream from our devices, but on both TV's, neither of our 4 devices would pair. After 3 successful phone calls to front desk about this issue, when called again, all of sudden desk agent 'couldn't hear me'. Same issue on next phone call. Nothing. - Breakfast food in refrigerated section was days expired, pointed out to front desk and they removed them, but did not replace them. Pros: Clean hotel, was able to check in early, and got room upgrade for being Platinum w/ IHG. Much better places to stay in the general area, do not recommend.
Give me a suite, there are 2 people in the living room, there is a single room, the result is a small single room. In the feeling of a science park, there is a supermarket across the road, and it seems to sell furniture. #酒店餐饮# #hotel service#

The room has stove but no utensils, pots or anything at all. Wifi only allows two gadgets pr else you will be billed. Aside from that, we had to ask front desk to help us connect to the wifi. Confusing to get into.

The hotel is not bad for the money. location is normal. I booked a room with a king size bed and a bathtub, but got two regular beds and a small shower.
We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.
Everything was a okay no complaints besides that the breakfast I was looking forward to since my last hotel stay ( different business) did not offer breakfast because of covid..to find out breakfast is only a mini cereal bowl / multi grain bars. No hot breakfast like I assumed when I was told that breakfast was offered. My fault for assuming and again that I understand is a state precautions not the companies fault.
The hotel is nice. Room is big, comfortable, clean, quiet and modern. Hotel is situated in a very busy and congested area, in a retail complex with some restaurants. Parking was confusing. I parked in an underground garage that appears to serve all of the retailers in the retail complex and it was advertised as free on a sign when you enter the complex. There was no method to charge upon entry or exit. However, upon check in, the employee asked me if I needed a parking pass. I asked why I would need one and they told me that the Hilton Garden Inn is charging $12 a night for parking. I disputed the charge, but the employee just said ”sorry” and took no action. The hotel was expensive (though typical for the area) for what it was and then adding the parking fee was a turn off.
