"This place is very nice,clean and staff very accommodating. I went to get a snack late night at the lobby nobody was down there but I left $ for my snack and my room,thought that was odd but besides that it's a nice place."

"The location was very convenient! It was about 20 minutes from downtown Napa and right next to a Safeway and Costco. The room was clean, but there was a pretty strong oil smell that lingered the whole day. Thankfully, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which definitely made the stay better."

"The hotel is just below the highway, and the back is not too noisy. It seems to be under construction, and it is very dusty. Easy parking, not far from a McDonald's, crowded people can't get in. Breakfast is provided with bread, fruit and coffee, and you can get it back for yourself. This was the worst hotel we stayed in for half a month during our trip to the United States."

"Next to the high-speed exit, there are gas stations and restaurants next to it, parking is free, and the rooms are better than expected, similar to domestic Yiyi. Breakfast included is an American-style light meal. You need to swipe your room card to enter the restaurant."

"The service here was amazing. I had called earlier in advance to see if I could check in early and they allowed me to and helped me through the process. Though the issue that I had was that when I got into my room, the bed was a queen bed. When I payed for my hotel I asked for a king bed but that wasn’t given to me. Along with that the room that I was in the bolt lock didn’t work so I had to use the other lock on top but that one allowed people to still be able to look inside. What bothered me most while I was there was that the room service used their key to try and get in my room twice while I was in there."
