I look forward to hosting you!The spaceThis first floor suite has a private entrance and lock. It connects to the main house, but is separate and closed off providing privacy. It also connects to a beautiful sunroom. Both heat (baseboard electric) and air-conditioning (a window unit in spring and summer) can be controlled by guests for your comfort.This beautiful sun soaked space offers a large credenza and complete walk in closet with abundant storage and extra bedding. There is a comfortable "Thread and Needle" mattress and queen sized bed with quality linens as well as a luxurious daybed that can be used as a couch and a twin. The room includes a kitchenette. (Please note this is not a full kitchen and there is no stove). The kitchenette includes; a Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods, a smaller (3/4) refrigerator, microwave, electric water-kettle and a toaster. There are paper products, mugs and glasses, cutlery and cutting boards as well. Feel free to use the bathroom sink to rinse dishes but please be sure that all food scraps are disposed of in the trash.The bathroom offers a full bathtub and shower with a large pedestal sink.
