Very nice and clean hotel, location is in between DC and Baltimore, other restaurants is close by. Staff is friendly, very good breakfast, comfortable bedding. Definitely return to this hotel and recommend to friends and families.

The room was nice, and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The facilities were good, including the Mexican restaurant on-site, which had excellent food.

check in was a bit of a wait with the computers down but the staff was very professional and did their best to get everyone checked in as fast as they could. I've stayed at spring hill in Annapolis but I must say the Columbia location was better. The room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. And of course a great breakfast

Great, super clean rooms. Located conveniently in a walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and Toby's Dinner Theatre (2 miles down the road) where we saw a beautiful performance . Lovely, courteous staff at the front desk and at the breakfast. Hot breakfast in the morning. Sadly, guests are leaving trash in front of the hotel on a bench without cleaning after themselves. Beautiful room and location. Perfect for families. The location of the hotel is amazing. I liked that it was in the downtown Columbia area where there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. We could see a pool below our room outside. The suite/room decor was great- reminded me of a model home. We had a 2 bedroom unit that reminded me of a large extended stay hotel. It had a beautiful kitchen that was fully equipped with plates, pots, pans, etc. There was a washer/dryer, large walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom. The only drawback was the 2nd bedroom because it was only large enough for the queen bed inside it. But that wasn't a problem for us.

Very clean lobby and rooms. Great breakfast, easy check in/out and very friendly staff. They even have breakfast till 10 am on the weekends!

The service was beyond great , I felt welcomed immediately through the door with smiles and members waiting to assist me. My check in was ultra smooth thanks to Sydney and her expertise. 10/10 rating would definitely recommend especially if your coming in from and other city !!!

We stayed here for a hockey tournament and the hotel worked out very well for us. It was only about 10 minutes to the rink. There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel also provided us a conference room for the hockey families to congregate as opposed to taking over their lobby. The hotel itself was pretty decent. The common areas were nice. The gym was tiny but had everything needed. The pool and hot tub looked nice, too. Our room was clean which is my number one priority at any hotel. You could tell there had been some updates to the room, which did not extend to the bathroom…or some of the furnishings…but, again, as long as it is clean, beds are comfortable, and it is quiet enough to sleep, then it is acceptable. The employees were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good, as well. I particularly liked that they offered a veggie eggwhite omelette in addition to scrambled eggs, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy bc I watch what I eat:) I would not vacation here or anything, but I’d certainly stay here again next time we are in town for hockey or if it was a business trip or something:)
