Find the Cheap Glenarden Hotels

Ok, now I am doing something I seldom do - pen the review while still in the actual room. This is a rather newer property that is being WELL maintained. The exterior grounds are manicured well, plenty of exterior and working lights, ample parking, (there were 2 buses) during my stay. I saw at least 3 luggage push racks, and a welcome beverage (tea/coffee) station upon check-in. The front desk was pleasant, swift, and welcoming. The elevator is fast. The hallways are adorned with a vibrant carpeting and lighting. Once inside the rooms we were met with a bright and trendy décor. I most enjoyed the tiered window treatment, circular mirror, and nightlight in the latrine - nice touch. The shower area was neat, clean, and hot - after a long day spent driving and shopping! Speaking of shopping - the hotel is located in the REAR of the WOODMORE TOWN CENTER, and the Wegmans grocery store. (If you have never been - it's a must see) The metro station and Redskins stadium are in very close proximity too, It was rather quiet property outside of the daytime cleaning crew - sanitizing rooms, vacuuming, etc. The gym is decent. One only downside is the seating space in the lobby / breakfast area isn't really that plentiful. Daily from 0600-1000 are the posted times for breakfast. There was a nice fruit selection (blueberries, apples, oranges, and bananas), cold & hot cereal, eggs (two varying ways), and some other items. The room has a frig & microwave. We felt safe here as we walked about the property at varying times of the day or night. Would book here again and again if in the area.

just okay, can be cleaner. Stain on towels and bugs in the room.

The hotel is far from Washington, but there is a special bus to the nearest subway station, on call, very convenient, suitable for self-driving friends.

Stayed as a quick getaway after working a couple days of long shifts. EVERYTHING that could go wrong, DID go wrong. Check in was smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Unpacked, about to shower and heard heavy drops of water. Went to investigate & had 2 dripping water pockets directly above shower. Immediately reported & was moved down the hallway to ntire stay, but a room that was just as comfortable & clean, yet the bed wasn't completely made. Had 2 report that. Housekeeper was friendly & sweet, but she entered my room without knocking. She was very apologetic. Staff was supposed to assist me in moving from room 2 room since I had unpacked. They did NOT. Didnt settle into my room until 2 hrs AFTER checking in. I was exhausted. Next day I reported to Mgr. Was told that she was on the phone. She NEVER reached out 2 me, so I went 2 front desk where I found her. I felt under valued & unimportant as she did not give me her undivided attention as she continued tapping away on the computer as I explained to her what had . In the end, she offered like a $55 discount on my entire stay. I accepted, but to be honest, my 1st night should've been FREE. I did sleep comfortably however, and I felt safe knowing that due 2 locked security doors, outsiders couldn't simply walk through to elevators and wander the halls. Great location, as well. Upon arrival to departure, my stay and service received were flawless. Some of the reviews stated otherwise but most often sometimes we must experience for ourselves. The location was within a perfect distance from the main meeting area and the area was very safe as some may say otherwise. I am a Bonvoy member who travel often and because of such you see a lot. The checkin was smooth, the agent remained calm and collected as the line begin to grow with the guests’ varying needs. My room was spacious and CLEAN!! First of all, it was CLEAN! Need I say more. Kudos to Housekeeping for checking on my room! Breakfast in the mornings was plentiful and the attendant was attentive and nice ensuring everything was replenished!! Whatever needs or concerns I had were addressed and rectified quickly from the cold water showers to the warmer than usual bedroom temperature to the request to extend our stay.. The GM, Mr Bowers, Justin at the FD and DeMarco in Engineering.. all those I had encounters with.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE QUICK RESPONSES AND A GREAT WEEKLONG STAY!!

Its a great place to spend your holidays with your family. The bonfire, indoor pool, accommodating staff and the room was nice. The room is big and feels your at home.

The price is super high, the environment is good, and the breakfast is delicious. The service is good, I forgot to return the room card, just contact the front desk to solve it, Ctrip's service is also very attentive, communication is timely and convenient
