"In the city of Helen, opposite the mountain coaster, shopping and dining are all within walking distance, and parking is free. Many parking lots in downtown Helen charge $10. The free breakfast is a bit simple, with no freshly cooked hot food, but there are corn flakes, microwaved hamburgers and bread, bagels, and yogurt, boiled eggs and milk in the refrigerator. There is also water, hot coffee, and juice. The fruits include oranges, bananas and apples. Considering the quality of service, the price of accommodation in downtown Helen is considered cheap."

"The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance to the city. From here you can walk to one trail and walk through the woods. To the city it is better to drive by car. Breakfast is standard, rooms are clean, there is a teapot, microwave and everything you need."

"This hotel was right on the edge of Alpine Helen. If you take a car from here to the main area of Helen in no traffic it’s two minutes. Walking is about 10-15 minutes. The room was cozy and quiet. The shower was a decent size. The staff was warm and friendly. Their indoor pool is very small, but towels are provided. Their gym is also small and has ellipticals, treadmills, and free weights and provides towels, paper towels, and cleaning spray for the equipment. Good to keep a basic work out routine during the holiday! Breakfast was simple, not too many options, but they offered some gluten-free choices and when o asked for more fresh fruit they brought out some bananas. I’d stay here again! Good price, clean, and nice people!"

Chattahoochee Chalet offers an open-air living space, with the kitchen, dining and living room on the main level of the chalet. The master bedroom with a fireplace, smart flat screen TV, and full bath with jacuzzi tub is on one side of the living area that leads to a beautiful screened-in deck, and the 2nd and 3rd queen bedrooms are located on upstaris. Chattahoochee Chalet offers an open-air living space, with the kitchen, dining and living room on the main level of the chalet. The living room has a smart TV with access to Netflix, fireplace, and beatuiful views of the river. Also, has doors leading to the main level deck with outdoor dining table additional seating to enjoy the river view and sounds. The master bedroom with a fireplace, smart flat screen TV, and full bath with jacuzzi tub is on one side of the living area that leads to a beautiful screened-in deck, and the 2nd and 3rd queen bedrooms are located on upstaris. Each of the upstairs bedrooms are on suites with flat screen TVs and wall mounted fireplaces. One of the bedrooms has doors that open to the deck overlooking the river. The fourth bedroom is located on the first level which has an on suite bathroom.
Chattahoochee Chalet has a spectacular outdoor living space on the river with that features the following:
- large main deck with gas grill, dining table, umbrella, & chairs and additional seating to enjoy the river view

This agreement is entered into by and between the Guest and the Host for the property located at 40 Kuvasz Weg, Helen Ga unit B
1. **Identification:** The Guest agrees to provide a copy of their government-issued ID before check-in. Additionally, please text the full names of all adults staying at the property.
2. **Vehicle Information:** The Guest agrees to provide details of any vehicles to be brought onto the property, including make, model, and license plate. Max 3
3. **Property Damage:** The Guest agrees to cover any damages to the property or its contents caused by themselves or their guests. Any undisclosed damage at the end of the stay may be reported to local authorities.
4. **Quiet Hours:** The Guest agrees to respect the noise ordinance and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Violating these hours may result in a fine of $500 and possible eviction.
5. **Additional Guests:** The Guest agrees to inform the Host in advance of any additional guests visiting the property.
6. **No Smoking Policy:** The Guest agrees to comply with the Host's no smoking or vaping policy inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of $350.
7. **Pet Policy:** If the Guest brings a pet onto the property, they agree to pay a pet fee of $159.
8. **Parties and Events:** No parties or events are permitted on the property. Additionally, loud conversations or the use of loudspeakers on the patio after 10 pm are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500. Please note that our property is equipped with a Noise Aware system.
9. **Housekeeping:** The Guest agrees to leave the property in the same condition as it was at the beginning of their stay. All trash must be taken to the outside garbage bin, and all used dishes, utensils, and cookware must be loaded into the dishwasher and turned on before departure. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. Any white towels with stains will incur an additional charge of $10 per towel.
10. **Furniture:** The Guest agrees not to move any furniture. Any necessary furniture adjustments by the Host will result in an additional fee of $275.
11. **BBQ Grille:** The Guest must ensure the BBQ grille is cleaned. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of $45.
