This is your 4-bedroom dream villa for your vacation! The house is very well decorated and is luxurious in every way. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your family and friends. It even has a separate wine-fridge. What more do you want! The dining room table is large enough to seat your group and in the living room, the seating is stylish and comfortable. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the Master bathroom could be one from a five-star hotel. It has a very large walk-in shower and a huge stand-alone tub. You will also find a half bath on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have a Queen and share a bathroom, also with a shower tub combination. On the back porch there is a high top with chairs overlooking the Marina, so you can enjoy your drinks after an active day at the water. It also has a BBQ. In the garage you will find two Kayaks and life vests which you can use during your stay. And, last but not least, there is a commercial icemaker in the garage. This house is simple and has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of parking available at the house. Enjoy walking around the property and explore everything that Homosassa has to offer. With other houses available on the same property, it's the perfect place for multiple families to vacation together while still having their own space. This home was remodeled within the past 3 years and the small kitchen has everything you need to make basic meals. It has a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, traditional drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Basic linens such as bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels provided. Washer and dryer on site. Some paper towels and toilet paper provided.Please note this house does not have a dock available for use during your stay. This 4-bedroom villa is the right-hand side of this duplex Manatee. It is located next to the boat ramp on the Canal of the Marina. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft and for this villa, we even can go up a bit more), you can rent a boat slip. As you walk up to the front door you will notice a nice seating area on the front porch, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside you will see the dining room area and a small bar. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is a cozy space for you to relax. You will find the Master bedroom on the first floor, it has a King and its own TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a double vanity. On the back porch you will also find a small seating area. A great place to enjoy your evening drink and watch the boats come in. You will also find the gas BBQ on the back porch. It is located next door to the Yulee Sugar Mill Historic Ruins Monument and the Museum Cafe'. Also within a mile of the Condo is waterfront entertainment, Tiki Bars, Restaurants, live music and boat ramps, are abound for your entertainment. The Homosassa Wildlife Park is also located two miles from the condo. It is the only place in the world where you are allowed to interact with the manatees in the natural springs. The condo provides a romantic setting with a jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower for honeymooners and anniversary celebrations. The whole upstairs loft and downstairs breezeway is available for the guests vacation needs. The upstairs studio like Condo is within 1 hour from Tampa and Orlando.
