Our cleaning crew completely disinfects our home covering all surfaces, door knobs, etc. in between bookings.We can heat our pool during your stay to maintain an 85 degree temperature. Our first rental was over Thanksgiving, 2019. Here is Sheila's Review: "Wow! This house was a great place to stay. We booked for Thanksgiving and it worked out perfectly. We had 13 guests and had plenty of space. The kitchen was great for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the layout and furnishings were just right. The theater room was a great place for the kids (and adults) to play air hockey, Foosball, and watch movies - and the exterior door between the theater and the rest of the house was perfect for keeping the noise down between areas. We did not use the pool, but would love to come back and use it next time. The hot tub was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The town of Hurricane is 8 minutes away and has all of the amenities of a small town close to a National Park (restaurants, off-road vehicles/watercraft rentals, Super Walmart, etc.) Casa de Zion II is a great location for family getaways for hikers, golfers, mountain bikers, athletic competitors, adventurers and corporate gatherings seeking a central base to explore the surrounding National Parks of Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim and Lake Powell. Casa de Zion II comfortably sleeps up to 15 on brand new beds. The entire home is a rambler with one level. The master bedroom has a queen bed and bunk with sitting area and en suite with two sink vanity, over size tub and huge walk-in tile shower. The walk in closet is large enough to set up a Pack'n Play which we provide. There is a second larger bedroom with a king bed and bunk with sitting area. The third bedroom is a good size room with a queen bed and bunk. The fourth bedroom has a full bed over queen bunk. We also have 2 quality sleeping pads.The gourmet kitchen is the center piece of the house. It was specifically designed for families and groups to enjoy meals together with enough seating for 8 at the dining table 5 at the counter, a second table for 4 in the TV /Game Room and 1 high chair. There is additional seating outside in the patio area including a tables for 12 and a toddler table for 4.With gorgeous granite counter tops and beautiful cherry cabinets, the kitchen is fully stocked with high quality appliances including refrigerator (2nd refrigerator in laundry room), gas stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as blender, crockpot, griddle, toaster, coffeemaker, etc. to help supplement your cooking experience. Dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, and silverware are supplied for 15. After a fun day of outdoor activities, you can relax in our 32’x16’ private pool ($75 a day to heat if needed during late Fall, Winter, early Spring) encircled with plenty of chairs and chaise lounges. Since our pool is located on the East side of our home, afternoon shade is a welcomed relief during the Summer. The yard is surround by a block wall making the area completely private. A hot tube is within the pool area which is surrounded by a gated wrought iron fence and automatic pool cover offering maximum safety for your children. The covered back patio space is a fabulous extension of the family room and kitchen with a large natural gas grill to barbecue your favorite meals.With 3000 sq. ft., there is plenty of room for up to 15 people to spread out. Casa de Zion II features a great room off the kitchen with a 48” flat-screen TV and a separate tv/game room with air hockey, foosball, and large, 65" flat-screen TV. Of course, high speed internet and satellite TV are provided. 10' ceilings, 8' doors and extra wide hallways and large closets add to the spaciousness of our home.The safety of our guests at Casa de Zion is of upmost importance. Our home is retrofitted with a whole house fire suppression sprinkler system. There is a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector in every room and a centrally located fire extinguisher. The pool area is surrounded by a 6’ wrought iron fence and block wall. The gates leading to the pool area are key locked and cannot be easily opened by a child. In addition, the pool has an automatic cover that is key locked. Our Jacuzzi spa has a cover as well as a cable across the top that has a secure key lock. Surveillance cameras are installed for security and insurance purposes on the outside of the property only. They cover the entire front and back yards including the pool and jacuzzi areas. They are not monitored and erased regularly by the security service. They would only be accessed if required by authorities or the insurance company. We are within the immediate vicinity of world-class mountain biking trail systems such as Gooseberry Mesa, Little Creek Mesa and the JEM/Hurricane Rim Trails. Canyoneering and overland 4 x 4 driving tours. Hiking, rock climbing and river tubing are other possibilities. In addition, close by are over a dozen golf courses, horseback riding, snow skiing, and Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs that feature boating, water sports, fishing and more!Day trips to Zion National Park are just 20 minutes away. Hike Angel's Landing, the Narrows, the Subway, Weeping Rock, Emerald Pools, West Rim Trail, Court of the Patriarchs, slot canyons – so much to see and do in Zion!
