"The location of the hotel is next to the Arrow Lake on the top of the mountain. The scenery is beautiful! Typical resort. The hotel is very hygienic. There is a swimming pool on the first floor. The balcony on the first floor is a large swimming pool, but you can't see the lake! The second floor room can see the lake, and the hotel has a total of 3 floors. Health is good, the bar on the first floor has a bar, which is also a place for breakfast. Hotel parking free & #127379;. Because the hotel is on the top of the mountain, winding up the mountain road, driving some technology, during the day, Kai, it is safe, it is not recommended to open at night, this time because of the time we open up at night, on the one hand did not see the scenery, on the other hand Not safe. When I was down during the day, I felt that it was safe to drive."
"We met a huge snow on that day. All the exits has been covered by snow. Due to the holiday reason, there no snow service car come to clean, and the second day there no power in the hotel. Even the hotel manager said we can stay one more night for free if we can’t get out there. We still tried our best to make a easy path by hand to get out of the hotel. It was not a good experience. But the manager is nice and help us to clean path. Thank you"
"We were very disappointed that our room was up a flight of stairs. My husband and I can’t carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Thankfully we were given a different room. The room was very clean and neat but small. No place to put luggage. The light above the bed did not work. We only had two portable heaters. One of them worked only some of the time. Our room was cold. Parking was at an incline making it difficult to get to and from our car. There was a lovely lounge with nice furnishings including snacks but it was quite cold. No heating available. Because of our limited mobility we only stayed 2 of the four nights we paid for. We made arrangements at another hotel. Some information on line is not accurate. It is not ADA compatible. You can’t walk to Staters in 200 feet as stated. Our stay celebrating our 55th anniversary very was stressful. I am not one to give a negative review. I go out of my way to make sure good service is noted to the employee and that business. I would not stay there again."
"Adorable little chalet! The remodeled bathroom was nice, clean, and well-maintained. The heater made the second floor so warm that we didn’t even need a comforter. Since we visited in February, we couldn’t use the outdoor pool, and the hot tub has a minimum age requirement of 16."
