Sspike9090When we arrived we had an older lady working the front desk that was struggling a bit, so check in at 11:30 at night took awhile (hotel prepaid for on Hampton website). The room was freezing when we got in. We turned up the air, but it blows on high and is quite loud, so it was not good sleep. It appeared clean until the next morning when I noticed several hairs in the shower (the short and curly kind....ugh). The bed and couch were okay. The young guy working the desk at check out seemed like he didn't want to be there. He said all the right customer service words but his tone and face seemed like he did not want to be there. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and tasted okay. I did like that they give you full bottles of water and the lady working the breakfast area was friendly.
GGuest UserThis was a one-night stop-over, and the facility was fine for that. A comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, full hot breakfast. The staff was accommodating but seemed a little rushed. I would stay here again.
The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt it was quiet and clean the staff was very friendly and they were very helpful. Everything was very nice and like I said the pillows were really comfortable and fluffy like really fluffy if my card wasn’t on file I’d take them lol
Good hotel for the price. Good breakfast. Very welcoming staff. Lots of out of town workers are staying there and they seem nice. Indoor pool but did not swim. Could use some extra cleaning in the bathrooms and hallways. Would stay again if we had too.
