🏡Pura Vida is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the second story of our *100+ year old* home, built in 1922. Note: This listing has stairs and this is a self check-in property. That means that you will let yourself with your unique code through the coded doors. I will not be there to greet you, but available if you need assistance or something arises.The apartment does have a private entrance, however, it is through a shared mudroom once you enter our home. Once you enter, you will see a door that says "pure vida" with a coded knob. We decorate for most holidays.🌞Enjoy the balcony looking over the street of this century old area. We get beautiful morning sun so it’s a great spot to enjoy your coffee! Also a perfect for hanging out with a cocktail at night if you choose to stay in!🛟Sleeping arrangements: The apartment has one bedroom with a full sized bed. You can fit a pack n play in the room as well (which we can provide). The living room has a futon which can sleep one adult or 2 children. There is also a full blow up mattress available for use as well as a toddler sized blow up mattress. This space sleeps 3 adults comfortably. Perfect for a family. Please let us know how many children will be with you and we will do our best to accommodate!🏄Listing includes: 3 adults and children 16 and under. IF you have more children please contact me and I will adjust the reservation. All children 16 and under are included (ie: 2 parents and 3 children under 16). Although we do our best to keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm, you may still hear us.
