Room was very clean. Staff very professional and very courteous. When I’m in the area I’ll stay here again. I’ve stayed at higher end places that were not as clean and up to date as this one

The hotel and ****** staff are very nice and kind too all its patrons. Ms. Theresa Juancho was very nice and friendly. She is a great front desk associate specialist that works at Isleta Hotel. She makes you feel like a family friend rather than just a hotel guest. She is very accommodating, courteous and kind to all guests at the hotel. She always goes above and beyond anyone's customer service expectations. She always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. You will enjoy your stay here at this hotel.
