"Friendly staff and very nice hotel. Breakfast was great and the property is right off the interstate. If I have to be picky, my only complaints include the following: Noisy bathroom fan, staff shortage (waited on hold forever trying to call front desk) and the fitness room was not regularly serviced. The water machine was broke, one of the bikes had a broken mechanism and one of the treadmills sounded like it was going to explode. Still get 5 stars though as the hotel was otherwise great."
"The place is convenient if you get used to it. The people at the hotel were kind. The room is relatively large. The rooms are well-cleaned and you can spend a pleasant time."
"Very good hotel. It is close to the east to the east, and to the west is a large shopping and dining plaza. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic. There is a refrigerator and a microwave, and it is convenient to drink boiling water. There is coffee, boiling water, ice water, and lemonade in the bar downstairs. The front desk staff were welcoming."
"Rooms were very clean and had every amenity a traveler would expect. Breakfast was very good, as was the coffee. Staff was professional and cordial. Price was about on point with what I’d expect for a location like that, so overall a decent value.
Everyone should be aware that the prices quoted don’t include a $12 per night parking fee, which was not listed in the policies or important information sections of this hotel’s page on trip.com, nor was this expressed by the staff when checking in. I found out about it when a second charge arrived a few days later"
"The room is fine. I think the breakfast needs work. I get that Covid affected this but others are cooking eggs, bacon etc…. The guest can’t touch anything. They are prepared and given to the guests. Yours needs work. I could not believe I had to pay for parking. The front staff ask me “did I plan on parking here”. I just drove up from TX booked three nights, where else would I park “. So I had to pay for parking. That is unacceptable! Then I was told to pull the bedding and towel and place outside the room. And out the trash outside the room. You might want to give people a normal trash bag to hold to the trash. I had to get one from a family member. Otherwise trash would have been on the floor. If I’m pulling bedding and emptying trash, I’d like to be paid. This is my vacation not a working vacation. You e got a nice hotel but this is not working for me.
