The upper level also hosts 3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds, and a full bathroom.The Lower Level: kitchenette (with a 2 burner cooktop), bathroom with a custom shower, living/dining room area, laundry room and 1 large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full/queen size pullout couch. The lower level is where you will find cards, boards games, darts, and a foosball table.The Outside/Yard - sit around the firepit for s'mores and laughter or retreat to the deck for an outdoor dining and living experience, grilling your favorite meals (grill included), or gazing at the stars at night through the telescope provided, cozied up in a blanket on the comfy lounge chairs.The Beach: the house is just a short walk (about 1- 2 minutes) to Boulder Beach (one of the Eidelweiss Village’s 5 beaches), where you can enjoy all that being by the water has to offer – from playing in the sand, to taking scenic paddle rides from Little Pea Porridge Pond to Middle Pea Porridge Pond in the kayak/paddleboard/boat provided, to just sunbathing and lounging on the beach, sipping drinks with little umbrellas in them! Hot Tub off lower level, 6 person.The house is located at the top of a relatively steep driveway that combined with the grade of many local town roads requires a 4 wheel drive/ all wheel drive vehicle to access in the winter months. There is parking for 3-4 cars at the top of driveway only. The garage and apartment above are NOT part of the rental agreement. The Apartment is occupied by the property manager during summer and early fall, who are there almost full time to check you in, familiarize you with amenities, answer questions or assist with a problem. You will be notified about alternative check in instructions a week prior to your booking date. No Snowmobiles or other vehicles are to be driven on the property or adjacent properties. There are no events allowed, Bachelor parties, etc. This rental is primarily designed for two couples with children, although not restricted to that. The 8 person limit is strictly enforced, although additional small children may be allowed on a case by case basis at owner's discretion. Loud, drunken or destructive behavior is not condoned and you will be asked to leave without reimbursement. Please do not rent this house if you feel your group will not conduct themselves in accordance with the above guidelines. Another room on the second floor isn’t included and will always be locked.There’s a camera on top of the fridge that covers the kitchen, living room and dining room. The camera records only 24 hours and then delete any recording.
