Find the Cheap Marksville Hotels

Really disappointed at the apathy, lack courteous customer service and the amenities. I came to this small country town for a family funeral. As my parents from from this rural community to the big city more than a half century ago, I was expecting what San Francisco. But I was expecting the basics. The front desk staff had no affect and seemed lifeless. I informed morning person of a coffee spill in front of the elevator at 6:30 am. She said she would take care of it. At 12:30 when I told another front staff that the sticky coffee was still there, she said the cleaning staff had to go elsewhere and would clean it later. Later the same day it was still there I travel a lot, a 95 % of the time I leave positive reviews because I rely heavily on reviews in choosing hotels. On this trip, the hotel that I was going to book had bad reviews and surprising the Hampton reviews were better, thus my decision to stay. A bad decision. The compressor on the refrigerator in the next room chirps like a loud bird all night. The free breakfast reminded was a reminder that you get what you pay for. We drove 30 miles for our breakfast meal. Lastly, when I went to the business office to print, it appears that the handyman left his tools, plaster and other work there for storage. One printer had an error code for missing cartridges and the other was inoperable. Sorry I have to grade so hard but this is near the place of my parents birth. I believe that with the right staff, this place could receive excellent rating with consistency
