"Advantages: ①The room is a very large suite, and many appliances are not used for one night (large refrigerator, large dishwasher, large microwave) ②The coffee in the room is better than the coffee in the lobby ③There is a No. 60 bus at the door, which is very convenient for going back and forth between Providence and Newport Pier. It only costs $2 per person and there is a seat Disadvantages: The breakfast is too bad. I stayed in the same brand hotel in Providence for three days and was quite satisfied with the changes in the breakfast there, but this one is not good!"

"Stayed there 3 nights Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was fine. They have waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal and danishes. Coffee was very good plus usual juices."

"The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist. We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well. The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :) I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that."

"Great location (Applebee's right next door!). It was very clean -- that's not something I can say for most hotels post pandemic. Breakfast was good and the hotel was easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back on Aquidneck Island."

Also on the main floor is a dining area with a circular dining table that opens up to expand for a large family gathering. From the dining area enter the spacious kitchen with all new appliances and an eat in nook perfect for your morning coffee. Looking to spend a quiet night in? This kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal just bring the ingredients. Each of the three bedrooms has plugs and USB ports perfectly placed for your bed side table, new wall mounted TVs with cable and premium movie channels and a seating area so you can escape to your own room if needed. No detail has been overlooked. Along with the main floor living room there is a second large living room with a slider door out to a wood deck with patio furniture and a spacious private fenced in back yard. There is even a separate game/living room with a vintage Foosball table along with other games.
