Very nice. Very clean. Staff was excellent! They were accommodating and very friendly! Breakfast was provided for us. The food was delicious and variety of choices. They did have a little bistro with choices for the other customers. Plus they had a fridge that you could purchase extras. Which I thought was very convenient.
Due to the passing of a beloved friend's father, my husband and I had occasion to go to the Pittsburgh area. I had spoken to Kyarah earlier in the day with a few questions. She was so professional, kind and helpful. We arrived in the evening and because of the location, we first rode past it. However, when we were able to safely turn around, we did so, without incident. We were checked in without issue and Kyarah had made sure before she left for the day that our room was up to standards. Everything was in order. This location is an older property and could use some updating but we were accommodated beautifully. The next morning we were able to have breakfast with a nice selection of items. There were several people already in the dining area. We were able to be adequately distanced from others since Covid 19 is still here. We stayed overnight for two nights and as easily as we were checked in, we were checked out. Should we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely consider staying here.

Hello, I visited Pittsburgh recently to attend a fan convention ' The living dead weekend '. I found the ' Extended stay America ' was just right for me with it about a thirty minute walk from the Monroeville Mall where the convention took place. I liked the ' Extended stay America '. My room was clean with a bed, some furniture, T.V., an ironing board and iron, phone, bathroom and kitchen area. I found the ' Extended stay America ' chain a little different from other hotels in that there is the option for residents to stay long term. Other residents I spoke to seemed to live there like they were renting flats etc. There were facilities like a laundrette too. The only negative for me was after having a problem with my mobile phoning home in the U.K.. I found my room phone couldn't phone abroad either. All the staff were pleasent and helpful.
We recently gave this hotel a try again after it was sold. It is in the process of being remodeled. Mattresses were being replaced in all the rooms when were were there. New locks were ordered for all the rooms, just one of many changes planned The change in atmosphere was dramatic. Everyone there was pleasant and attentive to your needs. Special shout outs to Anita- front desk. Mark and Kevin who were replacing mattresses. Additional front desk workers Rebecca, Felicia, Miles, and Mary. Can’t wait to see the remodeled rooms

I stayed here for like 2 weeks out of nowhere they decided to ban me. Probably because I kept staying on points and calling customer service to make them do their jobs ha. When I asked the reason I was ban she said my kids were rubbing the halls in the middle of the night which was a whole lie, my kids were in bed af 9/10 every night because they had school. But don’t come here It’s unkept and gross and they act like your parents telling you that you can’t have guests in your room and they make sure whoever is on the reservation is all that’s allowed in the pool! Not worth the money you pay. They need to be free.

The Motel itself very pleasant clean and in a good area for restaurants and fast food. Have a breakfast bar for people on the go. Other than that I can just say I had a pleasant visit for my two night stay. Only discrepancy was two different prices for the two different days which I don't understand. Other than that I would give him five stars.
