"I appreciate that the hotel is brand new and it was very clean. However, I will never stay there again. It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in and that is saying a lot. I didn’t sleep at all because if people walking around above us. You could hear people walking in hallways, you could hear toilets flushing, etc. Absolutely no insulation in the walls at all. Also, the breakfast ends at 9:30. Checkout is at noon and especially for a weekend, the breakfast should be served until later in the morning. Part of the draw of staying there was the included breakfast but my whole family couldn’t get up before 9:30 and ready to eat, so we missed it. Both the check in employee and the check out employee were not friendly and very cold/dry. Bottom line, clean hotel, but never again."
"The hotel is relatively new, the location is also good, very close to friends, usually take a walk, the hotel has parking, swimming pool, etc., it seems that this choice is good"
"Rooms are very nice, clean, and new. Only things we had an issue with is conditioner was empty in the shower and the pool water tasted gross if it got in your mouth. Pool area isn't too big but there weren't many people using it at a time. All the facilities were very clean. A lot of seating is available in the lobby and outdoors. Check out is a little later than other hotels we considered which was purchasing point for us. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
"Checked in late and it too a while for the desk employee to make her way out of the office. I actually had to call the phone to get her out. But other than that it was great. Covid had the pool and such **** down but that is expected. The rooms are clean and far bigger than expected!! All in all 8/10.

"Very good apartment hotel, you can cook for yourself, there is a dishwasher, opposite to Wal-Mart, surrounded by a lot of shopping and restaurants, surrounded by golf courses, and the service staff are very friendly. Room cleaning service twice a week. The room has two double beds, 53 square meters. Parking is free. Free coffee every day. There is no short board."
"Love the vibe and the overall property would definitely come back during summer! The hot springs are perfect for this weather as well 10/10 definitely recommend!"
