All else [with the exception of the main entry to the actual building] is indeed private and the entry door to your apartment suite is for your entry only.The building is monitored by audio/video surveillance [in common areas only.]This is a secure building, usually very quiet and primarily housing traveling professionals. It is Not at all ideal for partying and is most ideal for a single traveler, couple or family of three.Because we are near a hospital, sirens may be heard periodically but a sound sleep is expected; there should be no interference in your rest no matter the time of day or night you choose to sleep.We have listings on other platforms. If you forget something and need it to be mailed there is a $40 charge + cost of shipping. Noise/neighbor complaint warning- Should you somehow get a noise/neighbor complaint... The FIRST noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $250 fine. Any additional noise complaints results in immediate termination of the remainder of your stay with no refund. So, stay inside if you’re going to make noise and keep the windows closed :) Any cars parked in the grass will be $250 fine per car. RESERVATION CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.. NO FIRES GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT OUTSIDE. Guests are responsible for taking care of cleaning up any furniture and keeping the grill clean (if used) upon departure. Host reserves the right to request for drivers license or passport photos of all guests in the reservation at anytime. Failure to provide proof of identity with the host will result in a termination of our agreement without refund.
