Perfect for a trip to Universal Orlando, especially with the super convenient free shuttles. Housekeeping is done daily, and the room is comfortable, even though the decor is a bit dated and the cleanliness isn't perfect. Overall, excellent value for money."

"I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel"

"The shuttle to and from the airport was free, which was convenient. There was a restaurant with rock music within walking distance, which was very comfortable and great. I remember the room was clean."

"Stayed for a weekend with my children. The hotel is somewhat dated but very clean. It does have a restaurant of which we did not dine in and they also have a store to buy snacks and drink. It closes at 1 am which was nice. A very small arcade is on the grounds and the location to the theme parks are very convenient especially with the provided shuttle service. The front staff was very accommodating and provided all and any questions that I had. Take note that there is a $50 deposit which will be returned within a few business days depending on your banking institution. Overall I would say it’s a good hotel to stay for a weekend to take advantage of the proximity to IDrive, Pointe Orlando ( it’s literally next door and has a movie theater too with a bunch of stores and restaurants) and the parks."

"I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want. Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!"

"Fast and quick check in, fully furnished kitchen and clean and spacious apartment. Did not have a chance to explore the facilities within the condo, but a pleasant stay with nothing to nitpick about."

"The location was great and so was the price. I was scared after reading the reviews but I had a great experience. The beds are extremely comfortable and free of bed bugs. I didn't see any roaches and they provided a microwave and fridge for the room. You just have to ask. I would definitely go back here again."

"It was the great experience staying in Pestana. The breakfast was great, spacious rooms, coffee and cookies at front desk for my daughter and we used Uber for Disneyworld that seems better option to be flexible. We didn't able to use shuttle buses on our stay as we don't think it is returning back on time. The location is ideal and close to Disney spring and Vineland outlet mall after the Disney fun to have some some shopping and rest. I am so grateful to the Manager Mihaela who made out visit super special by upgrade our room and offered late check out as my daughter wanted to take rest. I would appreciate Precious who being very soft and gentle resolving all our concerns during our stay. We will definitely stay again and will avail the parking option."

"Our room was under the name ****** ******, Booking no. ****************, PIN：**** We rented two rooms for the night one was under the name ****** *****, Booking no. **************** PIN：**** .In that room all was well. We checked in early, but did not stay in our room. We didn't get back until late evening about 11PM. We were very tired and went right to bed because we had to leave early the nest morning to go to the Kennedy Space Center. The room was warm, but we didn't think much of it. We adjusted the t-stat on the air conditioner hoping this would solve the problem. We noticed that very little air flow was coming from the a/c even though the fan was set to cool and high speed. The room didn't get any cooler and we spent a terrible night with little sleep. We told the desk clerk about the issue and was told they couldn't compensate us before we wrote a review. We're asking for a full refund of the room of $99.19. When a room is cleaned it should be the duty of the cleaner to make sure the a/c is in good working order and ready for occupancy.. "Good clean hotel & rooms. Wonderful service. 10 min to Disney parks. Unfortunately at 1am another guest triggered a false fire alarm, the staff very effectively resolved it quickly."
