The couch doesn't pull out but it's very comfortable. The house sits on 9.5 acres all for your enjoyment. There are cleared paths behind the house that you are encouraged to explore; from the patio, to the orchards, the fire pit to the boulders, there is plenty to do in this home away from home. The South Mountain House has a big driveway with plenty of free parking.
