"Great quality for the affordable price - Room was clean and spacious maybe except for some red stain on a hand towel - Bath towels were not provided initially and had to go down to the front desk to collect - Shower pressure and heat were great, better than some other similarly or higher priced hotels - Basic but more than adequate breakfast"

"The staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist in making the reservation. On arrival, we were greeted warmly. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and had a fresh smell. Our standard room exceeded expectations. It was clean and large enough to have a sitting area. There was a balcony with a view overlooking the entire Pocatello area. We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip to Pocatello. Very happy travelers!"

"My wife and I came to town for a concert, traveling with our service animals. This hotel was perfect they have great amenities and very nice rooms. The biggest plus for use was the pet friendlyness of all the staff they are awesome. They put on a great breakfast as well. In fact the friendlyness of the staff and nice rooms and all the amenities, we ended up staying longer just to enjoy our trip and get some relaxation. Place is in a great location as well everything you could need either within walking distance or a very short drive. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. If fact if you are traveling through or just in the area for something and need a place to stay, this is the place. You should most certainly stay at the Best Western Pocatello inn."

"This is on the mountain. Breakfast is Starbucks, freshly made. The waiter is very nice. We wanted to sit outside for breakfast. She helped us wipe the dew off. Seeing that I was holding a thermos cup, she asked me if I wanted to add water. It is worth staying here."
