"Overall experience was Great. The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was due to the thermostat and the firmness of the mattress (personal opinion). I came up during a terrible ice/snow storm.. and the thermostat seemed to keep fluctuating temperatures up and down. Took me 30 minutes to keep adjusting the temperature... until I ended up giving up. The ventilation in my room wasn’t the greatest either. The mattress was too firm for my liking, however the sheets were insanely comfy! 10/10 cleanliness and the bathroom shower was out of this world 🙌🏻 The stay was very comfortable considering my frustration on the thermostat.

"I’ve come here at least twice a year for the last 15 years and this was the first time that I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, we was located on the third floor and there was a family there that allowed they kids to jump up and down all night long and scream to the TOP OF THEY LUNGS until I had to call the front dest to ask the hotel clerk to ask the parents to quiet they kids down , this was around 12:30 midnight, mind you, me and husband came to sleep and relax , we didn’t enjoy this stay AT ALL, AND we have to think if we ever will return. "
