"This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo."

"There is a very famous Brigham Young University in Provo, but we didn't have time to go shopping. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is simple but tastes good. Wal-Mart is very close to the hotel, so shopping is very convenient."

"Hotel was under construction and unorganized. My room didn’t have shades and I was relocated. Breakfast area was unprepared and relocated to a conference room down the hall. Elevator was extremely slow and hot."
