What a beautiful room! The king bed was so comfortable, the room was huge with a nice kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful! We were tired from traveling and they went over and above to be helpful. The only unusual thing was that the elevators were all the way down the hall and around the corner. They had a very nice breakfast with lots of choices and it was staffed by two breakfast workers.
We stayed the third week in February of 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and thoughtfully laid out, with outlets in the places that actually make sense. The toiletries were pretty decent as well and they were great with swapping out towels and the trash upon request as we had declined full blown housekeeping. The room was comfortable, cute, and had great natural lighting. I also appreciated the laundry room. Target is about a ten minute walk away. Our favorite place to eat nearby was Wood-n-Tap, and for what it's worth, the Popeyes next door is probably the best we have ever had. We stayed here as accommodations for skiing at Mount Southington -- hopefully we can find another excuse to come back soon.
Love the place, stayed here for conference while anttending conference at the ESPN office. All the team members were great, special Kudos to Divya for amazing hospitality. Breakfast staff was great as well, he greeted with nice smile (sorry did not get his name) and the lady who checked me in on Dec-3rd around 6:30 pm was great too (I forgot her name too). Stayed in studio room; room was specious with basic amenities, they did not have body lotion in the room the room amenities, however provided when requested at the front desk. Keep up the good work guys.

I've been a Wyndham rewards member for many years, staying at Wyndham properties frequently when I travel. This time, I must say the stay was horrible. I was placed in room 232 which was on the opposite end of the hotel than the check in desk. When I got to the room, with bags in tow, the keys didn't work. I tried several times with both keys to no avail. The desk clerk was ambivalent. He didn't care! The TV didn't work, nor did the refrigerator. Upon waking the following morning there was no hot water. The front desk clerk didn't even know there was an issue. After sampling the lousy, cheap breakfast selections, I found the keys, once again didn't work requiring them to be reset. Returning late that night, you guessed it - the keys didn't work! A young lady at the front desk said, ”Oh, yeah, some of the guys don't know how to set up the keys properly.” Upon waking the following morning - you guessed it - there was no hot water Again! A call to the front desk said it would be fixed in half an hour. It was. When I reported the issues to a different person at the front desk, she (Nisha) said she would take care of it. She moved me to room 104 saying she was sorry for the difficulties I had experienced. Guess what - the door to room 104 was broken, requiring a heavy force to open and/or close it. I reported that to her upon leaving the building. It was repaired when I returned that evening. At least one employee cared! Two additional facts about this property. 1. The floors are laminate eliminating carpeting. That's great if they are cleaned! But they are not and you find yourself walking on a dusty, dirty floor. They need to be washed daily, not the occasional vacuuming they were getting. 2. The supposed breakfast area had an empty fridge, a lousy coffee machine, two cereal selections and a pancake machine (which did make good pancakes) That's not what I or other guests considered a reasonable breakfast. Wyndham needs to rethink that, considering the hotel next door had a full breakfast selection. The manager ”Graciously” gave me a discount due to the issues I experienced. That discount amounted to 10% of one night stay and the refund of the local taxes for that one night. This is not the first time my stay at a Wyndham property was less than stellar. It was, however, the worst! If this is how the chain is managed going forward, I will find myself staying at other hotels even though they cost more. Staying four nights in a d
Older property that is average to slightly below in maintenance, outer door at rear of hotel doesn’t latch automatically, it must be given a hard pull therefore it’s ajar most of the time, coffeemaker in room didn’t work, and was not replaced after being reported to the front desk. No ice machine on 2nd floor that I could find. Electric outlets would connect for a moment then stop working making it impossible to charge our devices. None of the usb outlets worked. Bathroom door scraped the floor making it hard to open past 1/2 way. Other than that it was OK
This place was the worst. Ceiling falling off in bathroom, mold. We told them they didn't even fix it nor offer another room. Rude attitude staff at office. Apparently customers are NOT always right they argue with you when you complain. They bang on your door early 8 am, peek to see you in bed, ask for payment. They do NOT throw away your garbage. Garbage outside overflowing, no security at laundry, linens stained and you do not get new linens if you stay. They only clean room once you leave or beg them. I have to chase them to give me towels, told me to throw dirty towels outside on the floor. Laundry room is dusty and hairy and dead bugs. Walls paper thin. Dogs barking, people banging on your door as they pass by. Electric wall plate broke and fell off by itself, hazard. AC was filty hasn't been clean in a least 1-2 decades or more. Filters were not clean it is simple to clean this. AC smelled like pee when you turn on Heater. Not all outlets work. Microwave and fridge filthy, rusty. Door card key never work. I had to deal with these rude people constantly to reboot my card. Rushed out if checkout. Lady gave me a tude saying she needs clean the room looking me up down and all around an hour before check out. We were told that a rich benefactor ordered our room specifically so we had to check out. We passed by room was empty. Weird evil eye.
Hotel location is very close to the high speed, we are self-driving, very convenient, the bed is very comfortable and very comfortable, the room is relatively clean, the breakfast is good, the price is more affordable! Service attitude is very good!
The wedding block of hotel rooms was here because they would accommodate the number of rooms we needed. The customer service at the hotel was terrific from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The staff was helpful with ensuring our guests received their welcome bags, even for the guests who were not part of the wedding block. And on departure, the general manager helped to pack up our goodie bags and even carried them to our car. Any issue we had was easily resolved. The rooms were comfortable and requests for adjoining/nearby rooms were honored. All of the staff members we encountered were welcoming and helpful. When booking the rooms it was suggested that the bride and groom book adjoining suites so the female bridal party could utilize the space for hair and makeup. This worked out perfectly! Our only disappointment was that the wedding block rooms did not include a complimentary breakfast meal.
