"The room was clean and equipped with a coffee machine and microwave. The location is right at the park entrance. The Jack Grill burgers and fries outside the hotel are delicious and inexpensive. Parking costs $20. It seems parking is always charged here. The room includes multiple breakfasts, which doesn't match the price listed on Ctrip. If you're booking, just choose the cheapest option. Breakfast is basically unattended. And it only shows that the hotel itself includes free breakfast."

"The most satisfying of the four canyon accommodations. If I had to pick a weak point, it would be that the room is a bit small. The garden in front of the hotel is the jewel of this hotel. The hotel restaurant is also good, but the taste varies depending on the day. I ate the omelette twice, on the first and second days, but the taste on the second day was not so good. But overall, it was good."

"Good location, very near to the entrance of the Zion national park. You can see partial of the Zion mountain just behind the hotel and the views are beautiful, especially during the sunset time."

"The hotel has a beautiful environment and there are also shuttle buses. It is hard to find the lobby and ice machine! The lobby is actually in a small house like a security room at the gate; the ice machine is in the laundry room! What bothered me the most was that I brushed my credit card for $152.2 and didn't tell me in advance. After that, I saw the transaction reminder and feedback to Ctrip. After Ctrip asked, I told me that it was “additional cost”! Similar to the deposit! You said, you have to collect the deposit, you can directly say that it is a deposit, but it is necessary to say what additional costs, but also a fraction, it is very puzzled!"

"When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again."

"The room was very new and clean. I arrived at 7pm and looked up at the starry sky. I was shocked. It was so beautiful, full of stars. The front desk was very nice. I went there on Christmas. The price was a bit expensive. It was a 10-minute drive from the entrance of Zion National Park. The only drawback was that in order to facilitate star viewing at night, the hotel's outdoor lights were very dim, and the corridor lights were also dim. It was a bit inconvenient to find the room number. Picture 3 is the view in the early morning."
