"The room is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is American breakfast, it is very close to Universal Studios, there is free parking, and the cost performance is very high. I renewed the reservation for two more days. The first choice for Los Angeles travel."
"Rooms were spacious.Breakfast and service was good too. even though location is isolated from shops and eateries they had a free shuttle running from 5pm till 9:30pm to Burbank downtown. Couldn’t really hear the traffic noise despite being next to the highway. Definitely stay here again in future."

"The surrounding environment of the hotel is generally less than the previous stay in Silicon Valley and Disney. At night, there is no way to go out at the door. The supermarket has a motel exterior. The room is still very good. The size of the twin bed is large enough. There is a small closet room and the bathroom is also spacious and self-driving. Sleeping on the last night in Los Angeles, there is nothing else to ask for breakfast, no breakfast, very simple parking, free drinking water, you need to buy it yourself."
"Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name"
"Because pets are allowed, the room has a strong smell of disinfectant. Breakfast is not provided because the restaurant has been outsourced. The service of the hotel staff is good. The surrounding area is close to Empire Center and Hollywood Avenue. It is convenient to drive by yourself. It is just an ordinary American motel"
"The hotel is very good, very new, the room is comfortable, clean, parking is charged, it is more convenient to drive more than ten minutes from the university. I am really drunk in the American breakfast. Every hotel has a very bad breakfast. American breakfast is like this? Why is the English breakfast so rich? I won’t order any more in the future."
"This hotel is located on Lankershim and about a 20-minute walk to North Hollywood station. There is, however, a bus station outside the hotel.
The receptionist didn't greet us very warmly and felt like we were inconveniencing him whenever we asked for clarification.
The room was clean, though it didn't offer many amenities other than soap. There is a CVS nearby if you need to purchase body wash and shampoo.
I would recommend hotels on the other side of Lankershim if you can afford it but this one was decent and comfortable."
"Service and location were great! Very clean property with a hot tub and pool. Will definitely stay here again in the future when traveling to Burbank. "
