Large rooms. Easy front desk check in. They couldn't accommodate my request to switch from 2 queens to a king. Which was a bit disappointing since I'm a big man. But the staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet! I was able to utilize my fire stick on the TV. As the access was adequate. The breakfast was really good. The Omelette was done perfectly. Though you do have to ask the staff for an omelette. I've stayed here several times. Also their sister hotel The Cupertino Hotel many many times. I almost always enjoy my stay!
This is a very peaceful, quiet hotel. It is suited to a vacation or a consultant working stay. The room had a kitchen, including utensils and dishwasher, stove and full fridge, and a dining area. The laundry facilities were complimentary. The is an exercise room, as well.
Due to the epidemic, the hospital needed to return home in advance, did not live, and the time to cancel the order has passed, but Ctrip and the hotel gave a refund after applying. Like the Ctrip, Ctrip is trustworthy, and Ctrip is the next trip.
Getting into the pool is a bit complicated.
Also, the hallway smells like wood because it has been newly decorated.
The hotel itself is old and the elevators are outdated.
The interior of the room is clean
Very bright hotel. More than satisfied with the stay at this hotel/motel. Some area were under construction, but it didn’t hinder our stay at all. Walking distance to restaurants, plenty of parking, and spacious clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback was lack of an airport shuttle, but many hotels in this area don’t have any either. Thank you!!
I stayed for one night as a halfway point to a camping trip. The hotel lobby is nice and has a great smell to it. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, etc. the room was nice and spacious. Mine had a sleep number bed which was great for me as a stomach sleeper being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The room was clean, but you can tell it needs a good deep cleaning of the carpets and scuff marks on the walls and furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The walls are thin and you could hear kids running through the hall and yelling. There was plenty of parking. It was $12. I didn’t get to try the bar or restaurant because I went to the nearby mall instead to shop. All in all, I had a great stay and would come back again.
Very clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free.
The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied.
The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.
I came to the United States to visit my sick son. Living here is like being at home. The kitchen is big and beautiful, with all kinds of pots and pans. If there are not enough, I can directly go to the hotel to get more. Every day I drive to 99 Ranch, which is a few minutes away, to buy groceries, and come back to cook 3 dishes and a soup. When my son gets off work, our family of three eats as comfortably as at home. The door of the room faces an artificial lake, with many Canadian grey geese on the lake. The environment is beautiful and quiet. Residence Inn is really my favorite!
I've stayed at this hotel three times, and overall it's very comfortable.
1. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of knives, utensils, tableware, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher
3. Parking is in the basement and is very safe with an access fence.
4. The waiters are very friendly
5. Housekeeping is done once every two days
6. Breakfast is ordinary, usually scrambled eggs, meat *****s, bread, and fruit.
7. There is a Korean supermarket next door to the hotel and a Safeway supermarket diagonally opposite. It is within a five-minute walk and is very convenient.
8. There is a donut shop and a Chinese restaurant next door
Excellent

VVivi C.It was a very worthwhile stay — the hotel was quite new and very clean. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and satisfying. Would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays! Also enjoyed the swimming pool & fitness facilities as well, overall it was a very pleasant experience
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the most convenient location in Sunnyvale. Several big supermarkets are on this street. It is very close to Apple Park and a few minutes to Mountain View and San Jose. It is very convenient.
GGuest UserIt is very new and clean. Hertz has an office nearby so it is convient for car rental. Car charging is avialable in the basement parking. The breakfirst is good.
Jjudi1204First time staying in this apartment type of Marriott. All the rooms are similar to the apartments in the Bay Area. Rooms are recently renovated and it’s quiet and peaceful if you stay on the second floor. Somehow they don’t accept my Marriott Bonvoy membership. And it was not shown in my App neither even though I told the guy at the reception. They charge additional for parking fyi.
AAnonymous UserVery comfortable, spacious room, very clean.
The parking environment downstairs is also very good.
The breakfast is good, and there is also coffee at the front desk during non-meal time.
The location is good, it takes about 20 minutes to drive to other cities in the Bay Area, which can be said to be in the middle.
I highly recommend staying here for business trips, and it is cost-effective.
SShelbieRae89The staff are so friendly and truly do care about your needs or concerns. The beds were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel! We slept like angels, even our son slept through the night. The only downfall is the parking lot being small but there's nothing they can do about that.
Definitely home away from home!
LLiang Tian TienIt is true that u hv read all those good reviews. The room is clean, bed is comfy and with Dove bath toiletries. The bf is good and just nice. Awesome part if u wish to go they provide boxes. Check in and out is easy and fast. The Staffs r all very friendly. Am very happy to stay there for 2 nights
GGuest UserThe service is better, the transportation is convenient, and the front desk actively reminded me that the room was cheap the next day. The only downside is that I stay continuously and don't help clean the shortcomings the next day.
KKNG163The hotel is a bit old, except for the large parking lot, other conditions are general, much worse than the opposite Comfort Inn, the price is also cheaper than ten dollars.
史史No breakfast, motel, good location, to overcome psychological barriers, in fact, security is still possible. There is free parking, it is good. The price is a bit higher than the motel, probably because of the location in San Jose.
