"It’s a great brand new hotel. Clean and great amenities like free laundry. Good breakfast and there is even a heated pool. You will need a car though to get around as the hotel is a bit further from restaurants and shops but with a car everything is close."

"The lady at the front desk Shanna had a bad attitude. Some of the guest was playing their music loud all night and smoking Marijuana inside of the building on the fourth floor. I called the front desk and Shanna hung the phone up on me. So I called her and told her I called the police about the Marijuana but that didn't work 😒. "

"An amazing stay at Home2Suites in Panama City FL! We booked a queen bedroom suite. Upon walking into the front doors to check in, a fresh ocean aroma greets you. The scent reminded me of the Polynesian resort at WDW. Everything was clean and brand new! The beds slept amazingly well and the kitchenette was so nice to have during our three day stay. Breakfast is complimentary—waffles with all the toppings you could want, sausage, omelets, cereal and oatmeal. Coffee served all day, which was a win! Overall, a ten out of ten. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to PCity."

"This hotel offered a great rate only minutes from the stand. It's on a busy traffic road but you didn't hear any of the road noise from the room. Rooms are basic and totally adequate for what I needed. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again!"

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

- Visitors: We are perfectly fine with you having family or friends visit you during your stay. (For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.
- Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. We charge a $600 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoking in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)
- Smoking Cigarettes: Strictly forbidden as mentioned above and is a $600 fee.
- We will always go above and beyond for you. That said, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint to us or VRBO you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix it.

The space
This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom house is next door to a gas station with a dessert, food and snow cone truck in the parking lot! Walk 20 steps from your front door to Diego’s Margarita Bar and grab some margaritas and quesadillas all day long. Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets are just across the street. Most importantly this house is only a 4 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEACH!
Both rooms in the home come with a new hybrid king-sized mattress, king-sized pillows, a quilt, sheets and extra blankets. PLEASE NOTE GUESTS 5-6, the pullout sofa is a full and best suited for kids not adults.
We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, towels, dish pods, pretty much everything. You would only need to bring additional or visit the store depending on your length of stay. The sleeper sofa, kitchen and half bathroom are downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with one roll of paper towels, cooking items and a dishwasher pod. There is seating around the island and a fold up table under the stairs with chairs if you want to play games or eat together.

The space
This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom house is next door to a gas station with a dessert, food and snow cone truck in the parking lot! Walk 20 steps from your front door to Diego’s Margarita Bar and grab some margaritas and quesadillas all day long. Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets are just across the street. Most importantly this house is only a 4 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEACH!
Both rooms in the home come with a new hybrid king-sized mattress, king-sized pillows, a quilt, sheets and extra blankets. PLEASE NOTE GUESTS 5-6, the pullout sofa is a full and best suited for kids not adults.
We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, towels, dish pods, pretty much everything. You would only need to bring additional or visit the store depending on your length of stay. The sleeper sofa, kitchen and half bathroom are downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with one roll of paper towels, cooking items and a dishwasher pod. There is seating around the island and a fold up table under the stairs with chairs if you want to play games or eat together.
