"Very calm and silent location despite the proximity of the road. My ”king-size bed room” was really spatious. The staff was adorable.
The floor of the room was not super clean when I got in (found a toothpick, and also some hair in the bathroom) but it didn't FEEL dirty to me. The bed was very comfortable, and the temperature was always perfect.
My only negative take: the breakfast was not great for vegetarians (let alone vegans) and generally speaking not super healthy."
"Nice atmosphere, dog friendly! They have a list board that has all the dogs names that are staying there...very nice breakfast too! The hot tub and pool were not available as they were being painted. The last night it was all finished and refilled, but there was night road work going on for the on/off ramp to the Interstate right next to the pool area. That just turned us off from going to try and relax."
"My stay was good. The service was great, both ladies at check in and check out were very nice, especially the check out one who came to replace my card and brought it to my room. The only issues I had were someone knocking at my door in the middle of the night (or maybe they were knocking at the neighbor’s? I definitely did NOT get up to look) and an alarm going off in the morning while I was making coffee with the kindly provided coffee machine and it was steaming. Not sure if it was the steam that set off the smoke alarm? It went off after beeping twice. Besides that, as they say here, you get what you pay for. I guess my neighbors were noisy and stayed up late, hence the knocking, and got up at 5am or something like that cause I could hear them talking and packing. So not exactly sound proof rooms, but besides that it was clean, full of towels and bathing items; bed was ok, tv microwave and mini fridge are included. Breakfast too, so that’s a nice plus. I’d stay there again."
"The room is clean, the facilities are new, the front desk is friendly, and you can eat freshly made omelets for breakfast. You don't need to show your room card for breakfast. Although it ends at 9 o'clock, it is actually almost 10 o'clock. It is extended to 10 o'clock on weekends, which is very user-friendly. 24-hour coffee, a large TV, a welcome message with the guest's name, and good details. The bedding and towels look very clean, and the paper rolls are also sufficient. The hotel is very quiet inside and outside, and there is no noise in the morning.
The disadvantages are that the room cleaning is very uncertain. The front desk said that the room cleaning will be cleaned only if requested. When I stayed there, I didn't request cleaning one day, and I didn't clean it one day. Second, the air conditioner is still a bit loud. I found that this is a problem in most hotels. When it starts, it sounds like the sound of an airplane taking off."
"Hotel facilities are novel, service staff are friendly, breakfast tastes good, room is spacious, cost-effective, parking is free, the surrounding environment is also good, it is recommended."
"The check-in clerk when I called said they were pet friendly, and that is why we booked. When we checked in the desk clerk was very pleasant and understood our needs. There was no issue with our furry family certified support member until we came to get our breakfast. There was only a couple of people eating and we brought our dog in his support stroller to eat before leaving for the day. After we started getting our food, the young man at the desk came over to ask about our dog. Then he saw the support services vest and said okay you're fine. The some more folks came into the food area with children running all over the area. This alerted our dog to warn us as a child came running toward us. Our dog alerted us with a few barks and then the young man desk clerk came over quickly and told us we were not allowed to stay because of the barks. Yet, he never said anything to parents of the children that were being unruly and running all around the lobby and food area! The Marriott company, whom I used to have respect for their compassion with guests that have disabilities, I no longer have! There needs to be some major changes with certain staff members that are not knowledgeable enough and they need to go do some better training! This location needs some serious internal look by Marriotts upper management for the improper actions by this one desk clerk!"
