Waited 15 minutes to be let out of the parking garage. No one picked up on the assistance line at the exit. I had to call the reservation desk to be handed around to three different connections. We were finally connected to the garage superintendent and told to hit the assistance button again for the 15th time. Didn’t I just say that wasn’t working?!! Ridiculously inconvenient and annoying, especially with people behind you waiting to leave as well. Got to get a better system.

The location of the hotel is quite good because it is in the centre of the city. Therefore it is good for shopping and having your meals. Moreover, the room is spacious and it has both a dinning room and a bedroom. It is so comfortable when I live in the hotel. But the price is not cheap.

The rooms are very spacious! ! It is very convenient to have a kitchen to cook. Ample parking, friendly breakfast and great service! In particular, a girl at the front desk named Meylin was very enthusiastic and made the journey very complete and warm! The location is extremely convenient, five minutes walk from the train station.

The hotel looks old, but it is well maintained and belongs to the HILTON hotel. The room has no way to open the window, it is a bit wet. The hotel front desk Xiaohe is quite willing to chat. It was very convenient to book the airport where Red Dot’s car went.
