Enjoy paradise, as you watch the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, as you sip your beverage of choice.Conveniently located, on the south side of St Thomas, Sea Ya Round Villa is located up the mountain above Bolongo Bay, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our quiet paradise is about halfway between Downtown (Charlotte-Amalie) and East End (Red Hook), which is 15 minutes drive in either direction, and only 10 mins to Havensight / Yacht Haven Grande. We highly recommend renting a vehicle, for your stay, as taxis can be expensive. The property manager, Shawn, lives downstairs, on the second floor, so he's readily available, if needed. Shawn has lived on island, for 15 years, and worked, as a bartender, scuba diver, island concierge, and boat mate, so he's also a wealth of knowledge, about the best destinations, activities, excursions, restaurants and night life, in the USVI & BVI.Providing a clean and safe place, for guests is our top priority. This apartment is located at 22 Havensight and is a three minute drive from Havensight mall where you can find restaurants and dining such as: Tap and Still, Beni Iguanas, Pizza Amore, Dog House Pub, Chicken and Bowling, The Great Wall Restaurant and more. There is an ocean view and a view of the yachts as they dock in the harbor. The view of the west side of St Thomas can also be seen from the apartment. Our condo is steps away from two of the best restaurants on the island - Mims Seaside Bistro and a short walk on the beach to Iggies oasis. Heavenly Days Catamaran will take out on snorkel adventures, sunset cruises, Sunday funday trips, etc. The St Thomas dive center is also adjacent to our property for the diving enthusiasts. Our property has 3 beautiful pools. Condo is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need beach towels, snorkel equipment, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a deck box full of inflatables and beach toys.
