"There are not enough deck chairs by the pool, and when we ask for them we are told that there are no more. There are only 10 deck chairs when there should be at least double that. Customers are forced to lie on the floor on the tiles. However, there is plenty of room around the pool to put more deck chairs. There is even a terrace below the swimming pool, which could accommodate new deck chairs. I don't understand why the hotel managers don't buy more deck chairs. It’s ridiculous and it doesn’t correspond to the standard of the hotel. For the rest, the staff is lovely, the restaurant is good, and the view is beautiful (although sometimes/often foggy but that's the weather). The price is way too high (100€/night for us, out of season...) compared to other hotels in Vietnam, especially for lying on the floor on the hard tiles. I hope this point will be changed for the next customers."

"Magnificent hotel. Perfect location for us who arrived by boat and left the same way.
The view is superb. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Mekong.
The staff arranged for us to have a room early in the morning given our arrival time.
The servers were lovely even though I was sick.
In short, flawless."
"Nice hostel. At the reception is more less English speaking, but the staff very much strive to answer all questions and to meet wishes (to be needed with translators). Our room was small and without windows, but very clean and looked new. The AC was super silent.
We extended our stay for one night, but moved to a room with windows. This was spacious, but it didn't seem so modern.
We used the washing service and borrowed a roller (150k VND / day)."
"Small ancient hotel, but clean and with all commodities.
Personnel is very preoccupated by your needs and always ready to help you,
You can book with them a boat tour, a Taxi and more.
I recommand. Well located but the city is very small.
Be aware that it is no Grab service in this city...so the scammers will wait for you at the bus terminal..and you will not be able to negociate...no alternative...
I recommand you contact the hotel in advance, so they can send you a Taxi they know, at ”normal” price..."
"Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below.
Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door."
"The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very comfortable. Only a few improved details (a little dust under the bed and on the floors), but in general everything really is in order. I noticed that they are making several updates, such as the entrance door and mattresses, a clear sign of care and willingness to improve.
The true strength is the staff: incredibly available and honest.
They helped us book the forest visit, including tickets, by contacting the reception of the visiting centre directly.
They rented us a scooter in perfect conditions, and they did not ask us anything more, even when we had not made a timely supply.
They have arranged for us the transfer to Can Tho, including booking of the bus (with tickets already in hand!) and the bus shuttle to the station.
The location is excellent to explore the main attractions of the city, and I strongly advise you to rent a scooter and lose between the streets in the north: river basins, cocoa palms, channels and small bridges create an unforgettable landscape.
A very kind and good English level staff, which made everything even easier.
Excellent quality/price ratio. Absolutely recommended."
