"This hotel was a real mixed bag!
Some of the staff were exceptional whilst others definitely required more training; our balcony was left unlocked twice by the cleaning staff. Some of the drinks made in the bar were very poor and undrinkable. Reception staff were generally extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The bar and pool area were grubby and there are definitely nicer choices in the area.
The decor in the rooms and reception was very nice, but it was really let down by the pool and bar. There was also only 3 (conjoined) sun loungers by the pool for the whole hotel.
Bikes were free and accessible which was great, but the location wasn’t great and there was nowhere nice to eat or drink in the vicinity."

"Nice accommodation in Tam Coc for what one pays. The rooms are a good size and well air conditioned. The breakfast has an ok selection with fresh cooked eggs and pancakes. The pool is large and the centre piece but was quite warm while we were there so didn’t always feel refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Itis a little outside the township of Tam Coc (about 10-12 min walk) or a quick grab ride, plenty of restaurants close by and the main tourist attractions are also not too far away."

"Very nice hotel/ hostel, it’s like everything is new. I stayed in a dorm room of eight persons and was the only one.
Next to the hotel there is a restaurant that has very good food, so you don’t have to go out to get good food. Price

"We booked this place because of the modern room and it was indeed as clean and modern as we saw on the pictures. Lily is very sweet and accomadating. She assisted us with everything. The breakfast was amazing!! You could choose multiple items and it was delicious. You can also rent motorbikes and they provide free bicycles. Would recommend to stay here if you are in the Ninh Binh area. It is a very good and central location to see al the attractions."

"The room hygiene is poor, and it cannot be compared with the same level in China. Refer to some ordinary homestays in China. The environment is OK, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The waiter responded promptly, but when checking out, the room fee was double-calculated. The room fee had been charged on Ctrip, but the store charged it again. Because we spent a lot of money in the store, the bill was very long and it was mixed in and I almost didn't notice it. Later, the store didn't take the initiative to raise it, and we admitted to overcharging after we found out. This is very bad."

"The staff were very courteous and went our of their way to tell us about the highlights of Ninh Binh (places of interest and food). The room were very spacious and clean although it felt a bit warm as we couldn’t turn down the thermostat.
Breakfast was excellent, there were many choices although we couldn’t eat much."

친절하고 반갑게 맞아주며 정겨운분위기.
땀꼭 메인에서는 위치가 비껴져있지만 자전거로 둘러보며
다닐수있어서 좋았음
자전거 대여로 빅동사원과 항무아 다녀옴 두군데 다
자전거 타고 다니기가 좋고 풍경 굿
수압은 약한편. 객실 청결도 좋은편.
닭 울음소리나 아이들 뛰놀거나 등 소음엔 다소 취약.
다음날 슬리핑버스 예약하는것 또한 현장에서 바로
결정해서 진행했음

호스트아버지로 보이는분과 주위 아저씨들이
술도.권하고 자리에앉아서 잔치음식 집어먹음
전체적으로 시설이 좋다곤 할순없지만 가격대비 좋았고
무엇보다 호스트 주위 가족들이 신경써주고 웃어주고
여러가지 포인트들이 매우 좋은편 우리 예전 시골마냥

"The lodge-style room was quiet even at night, and the facility had well-maintained plants and a beautiful view. There was also a hot spring pool, so I was able to relax. I think the view would be even more beautiful during the lotus flower blooming season. The breakfast buffet didn't have a wide variety of dishes, but it wasn't so bad that there wasn't anything to eat. The location is about a 20-minute walk from Tam Coc, so it's possible to walk if you want, but the roads are dark at night and you'll need to call a taxi. I was happy that the room was hygienic and that they provided welcome fruit."

"Arrived early at the hostel until check-in
Waited for about 4 hours to check in and enter
The staff was warm and the room was rusty
I had a fireplace so I could rest comfortably.
The bed was wet because it rained, but it was comfortable after a while
