"Booked for birthdays celebration. While the place is a little far from the airport and city, the people here can take care of the transport for you. The resort is lovely with very caring staff. Facilities are great and clean. Very kids friendly and my son never wants to get out of the pool cause it’s just so fun."

The room was spotless, the beach was beautiful, and the variety of activities during Tet made my holiday even more special. The buffet had plenty of great options, and everything was well-prepared. "The environment is lovely, with direct ocean views. The only downside is the limited dining options. During the summer holidays, there was at least an hour's wait for a table at the downstairs restaurant. There's an excellent Chinese restaurant on the ground floor, but it's only open on weekends."

"We were held at reception for nearly an hour when booking in as we had ID with our driving licence but we did not bring our passports as we live in Ho Chi Minh. Interesting that the holiday Inn located in the same lobby does not require passports for check in but Intercontinental claim it is required by law. Clearly they are making that up! Disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! The rooms are really nice, but it took some time to get over the incident above. When you are in the hotel your only option is to buy food from them and they raise the prices significantly. We ate at their burger place as friends had children with them and the quality was way below what you would expect from a five star hotel and the prices they charge. Something to consider before booking."

"I was a bit afraid to go to this hotel because I read lots of bad reviews about location, swimming pool, etc. . Check location before booking hotel and then you wont get disapointed. Hotel is far from everything, so if you want peaceful vacation away from all the noise it is good place to go. Stuff is highlight of the hotel, they are so friendly, welcoming and helpful!"

"Great view , nice place , great breakfast , don’t bother try Nook is not good at all , better go to Hampton Village ( 5 minutes away ) there is much better Asian food … Spa is great and they do give u nice discounts … swimming pool is big and was quiet when we were so all the pool for us , so was nice . Kids club is a joke , 2 girls just playing with their phones and let the kids ( only 2 there ) by themselves … receptionist was Amaizing and very helpful …"

"I stayed in Hotram Beach boutique in February 2025, previously i visited a lot a lot of hotels, all over Asia, and this one is in my TOP-3 so far. Firstly, the overall exterior and interiors of the place. I didn't get why people in previous reviews called it a dream, but it honestly felt like one so beautiful and picturesque is the greenery, the balance and mix of trees, flowers and architecture of the place. You can explore it for hours. Secondly, the service was superb: all the employees and waiters were super nice and helpful, and attentive to my comments. Moreover, the hotel can help you to arrange the transportation from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel, so hit them up! Thirdly, the breakfast buffet was great, quite simple but had all I would need so I can't really complain. I also like the restaurant food - it was great and very beautifully styled. I definitely recommend visiting the place, and hopefully will be back as well:)"

"My family really likes it here, there are many trees and flowers, there is a spacious swimming pool and a water play area for children, there is a clean vegetable garden to supply the restaurant, a rabbit area for children to experience... delicious restaurants."

"The place was wonderful with a private beach and attentive staff. The resort is quiet with a scrumptious buffet breakfast with both vietnamese and international cuisine. Will recommend couples and large families."

"It's a good place for weekend relaxing. Out of the city, quite beach, the location is easy to access from local limousine express from HCMC to Ba Ria Vung Tau. The breakfast is normal, same same to other resort, nothing special. I ordered spaghetti for lunch and it was too salty. Overall, worth for money."
