"1. I checked the ”stay away from the smoking area” checkbox when booking online, but I was still assigned a room right outside the smoking area. 2. The washbasin wasn't working the night before, and the housekeepers couldn't fix it the next day. 3. There's no self-service laundry area. 4. Bottled water is provided in the room, which is better than HIVE."

"I occasionally stay in a guesthouse for one night while on a business trip. The price is reasonable. It's a converted guesthouse. It was just renovated, so the formaldehyde probably hasn't dissipated completely. The soundproofing is poor; I stayed right by the road, so I was woken up by cars in the middle of the night. However, for the price, the value is acceptable."
