Before arriving, I only knew that the hotel was located inside the VSIP 1 industrial park, so I assumed it would be simple, convenient and probably focused on business travelers. But the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and modern atmosphere that instantly made me comfortable, almost like a boutique hotel rather than a typical business accommodation. The check-in process was smooth and friendly. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, spoke excellent English, and handled everything quickly. They even gave a short introduction about the hotel facilities and restaurants nearby, which was very thoughtful for a first-time guest. What impressed me most was how proactive they were—before I even asked, they offered assistance with transportation, breakfast hours, and places worth visiting around Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City. My room was stylish, clean, and much more spacious than I expected. The design was modern, simple, and comfortable, with everything placed in a smart and practical way. The bed was incredibly soft, the pillows were perfect, and the lighting made the room feel relaxing and cozy. The large desk and strong Wi-Fi were ideal for work, and the bathroom was bright, clean, and equipped with good quality toiletries. I could tell that every detail was designed with comfort in mind. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities. The gym was clean, well-equipped, and available 24/7, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of both Asian and Western dishes, and the food tasted fresh and well-prepared. Even though the hotel is located in an industrial area, inside it felt peaceful and comfortable, making it a great place to rest after a long day. "The room itself was decent. A kitchen is available, and they also offer motorcycle rentals. Its location is great, being very close to Aeon Supermarket and Chinatown. It's also right at the entrance of the industrial zone. My only real complaint was about the bedding; both the mattress and the duvet were quite subpar."

"We spotted a large cockroach, unfortunately. But the whole place is relatively new and clean. It's near a bazaar that is 3 minutes walk away. And the room includes washing machine and a separate dryer machine. It's really nice, and location is near many nice places. It's around 30mins to HCM."

"To be honest, this is one of the best resort I’ve ever experienced, they provide butler service and my butler Tuyen is so accommodating, she’s proactive and make sure we have great experience here. I would love to come back here next time I visit HCMC, one more thing should be compliments is they provide boat shuttle to the city centre and I would ask people who stay here to try the boat ride which is so great and convenient. Everything is perfect to me, the only thing I regret is I only stay 2 nights here, which should stay longer 🤣🥰"
