Because this hotel is new, the bathroom and bed facilities in the room are clean and comfortable. This time the hotel arranged for us to stay on the 9th floor of a high-rise building, where we could enjoy the scenery outside the window and a bird's eye view of Vinh City and the beautiful night view. In addition, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, and they will take the initiative to care about the quality of the stay. The breakfast meals are also very rich, especially the eel soup for breakfast, which is very delicious. There is also an exclusive parking space for parking, which is convenient, and the security guard outside the door is friendly. Overall, the service is very professional and highly recommended. Will stay here next time.

The room is ok but with a 4-star standard, I don't think I came, the air conditioner is old, a bit noisy. The reception is mostly happy, but there is a receptionist named Tam (female) who is very uncomfortable, talking to guests very rudely, doing the service should not recruit such receptionists, too unprofessional compared to Muong Thanh brand. Only the one located near the place I travel on business, so I chose it. If I travel next time, I will not book this place.

This is my second stay at this hotel, my go to place in Vinh city due to it being located next to VRC. Lotte cinema is there, dreamgames for kids, pool plus for a fee

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, welcome cake in the room, air conditioning works well. But some sockets in the room did not work and it is clear that the rooms are not new.
