The hotel is okay, but the entrance was blocked by cars when we arrived and we had to wait a while to get out of the car. The room and service were good although the elevator was damaged and the room was far away.

El hotel se ve que ya tiene algunos años, sin embargo todo está en muy buen estado. La cama y ropa de cama, comodísima... fresca, suave..como dormir en una nube. La amé en verdad. La alberca es bien diferente a como se ve en las fotos de *******, está bien pero es mucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos.
Las recepcionistas del hotel, secas y jetonas.. parece que te hacen un favor al contestarte cualquier cosa que les preguntes, y si no saben, no hacen nada por averiguar o tratar de ayudarte. La comida del restaurante, buena, sin queja. Podría hacer más comentarios del personal del hotel, pero solo recomendaría al gerente que les de unas clases de como atender a la gente, sobre la vocación de servicio y la cortesía hacia el turista.

La última noche, no enfrió el aire acondicionado. Otro tema es que dicen ser Petfriendly pero no permiten en ningun lugar las mascotas, solo en la habitacion o en la parte del frente del.hotel. Creo que con su correa y siempre que el dueño de la mascota este al pendiente y responsable, la mascota podria ir a la alberca (no dentro del agua), lobby o restaurante. De resto nos gusto el hotel, las almohadas muy buenas y la ATENCIÓN DEL RESTAURANTE FUE EXCELENTE 👌

El hotel es como lo esperaba de un hotel de cadena. Servicio estandarizado, el personal mucho muy amable. Las instalaciones bien. Un poco desactualizado pero completamente funcional. Cerca de donde tienes que ir. Una felicitación aparte al restaurante que por lo menos el desayuno es de muy buen sabor y bien servido. Excelente relación precio calidad
