pessoal q fica na piscina ficam até muito tarde gritando e bebendo!! e e hotel é lugar de descansar e nao lugar de barulho e gritaria e bebedeira!! fui até a recepçao umas 4 vezes reclamei do barulho e nao adiantou nada!! ficou até o amanhecer com gritaria e barulho em todo hotel!! nunca mais esse hotel!!

Fuimos con una delegacion de padres a participar a la copa latinoamericana de ciudades turisticas, en el mismo nos quedamos unas 12 familias. el hotel es excelente, desde el primer momento a la hora de reservar se veia la disponibilidad de los empleados para facilitar al maximo todo. Llegamos tarde en la noche y priorizaron que pudieramos descansar y ducharnos a realizar los tramites de ingreso los que ellos amablemente postergaron para el dia despues. las instalaciones son de primera, la piscina perfecta y el restaurant/bar que se encuentra en el patio es un lujo. muchas de las fotos que aqui se muestran estan desactualizadas y no le hacen justicia al hotel. Vuelvo a destacar la disponibilidad de todo el personal a todo momento para que nuestra estadia sea placentera. desde brindarnos Hielo para que las jugadoras tengan en sus partidos, hasta realizar la gestiones para poder lavar los equipos y que quedaran en pocas horas listos. el desayuno es excelente y muy variado. Nuestra estadia fue perfecta, ninguna de las personas de la delegacion tuvo algun contratiempo y todos coinciden en que volverian con gusto.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was unfortunately left quite dissatisfied due to the unexpected and excessive noise levels. The hotel decided to use its pool area for nightly parties, which included loud music and revelry that stretched into the early hours, disturbing the peace every night, even on Sundays. While I understand the need for hotels to host events, the lack of consideration for guests seeking rest was surprising and disappointing. The serene and relaxing environment I anticipated was overshadowed by the constant disturbance, severely impacting my overall experience and sleep quality. DISAPPOITING…CLOSE THE HOTEL AND OPEN AN DISCO!
