My daughter and her husband were so frightened that they left in the night. The facility is not what they promote. The manager was aggressive and threatening to them. They felt so frightened they realized they would not get any sleep for worrying and so felt it was just safer to leave.

Siempre es una grata experiencia, es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, la atención del personal es muy amable y de mucho empeño en su trabajo, el lugar tiene algunas fallas, les recomiendo cuando hagan la reserva preguntar sobre el funcionamiento de la piscina, y sobre todo llevar efectivo ya que la señal de la terminal falla mucho

El lugar no ofrece nada extraordinario, y el costo es excesivo para lo que ofrece. Falta de mantenimiento en las cabañas. No permiten introducir bebidas o alimentos pero el servicio del restaurante es bueno. La alberca que tienen no es de agua termal, la calientan.

Demasiado costoso para la que ofrece, me hospede en la habitación 1, con tina, pero no la disfrutamos ya que no tenía agua caliente, el agua se sale de la regadera por lo tanto el piso siempre mojado, la chimenea humea toda la cabaña, y lo pero es que teníamos una invasión de avispas en nuestra habitacion, nos picaron a mi y a mi esposa y no fueron capaces de cambiarnos a otra habitación siendo que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, hablamos con Miguel el administrador pero no nos quiso hacer rembolso, lo único rescatable es la amabilidad de los jóvenes que trabajan ahí y la comida, de ahí en fuera pésimo hotel, lamentable para el costo de la habitación.

Esta muy bonito, pero está descuidado; fui con mi esposa en un día no muy concurrido, por lo mismo imagino el restaurante no lo abrieron para cenar, nos quedamos sin comer, ya que en esta zona todo está muy alejado y la carretera es muy oscura. También en mi habitación había telarañas, insectos en el jacuzzi, no lo recomiendo!

El lugar donde están ubicadas las cabañas es muy bonito…. Pero la verdad las cabañas aunque tienen potencial están muy descuidadas, les falta mantenimiento… por lo Que pague esperaba algo mejor… al comedor de la cabaña le faltaba una silla… la mesa estaba quebrada y los sillones de vinil todos despintados y levantado el vinil… los baños algunos accesorios faltantes y una de las cortinas de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba… por lo que cobran me imaginaba algo con mucho más calidad

Una gran opción, las cabañas super conodas y con todo lo que nos ofrecieron, gran experiencia, el personal amable y los alimentos bien, lo mejor fue la piscina, la pasamos super bien, todo muy bien, las habitaciones cuentan con chimenea
