Las sábanas y toallas son muy viejas , las sábanas traslúcidas , dan mal aspecto y las toallas viejas y grisáceas parecen mal lavadas , el lavabo parece lavadero grande y feo , todo mal pegado con exceso de silicon , son detalles importantes para hacer la estancia agradable

El personal todos fueron muy amables. Mi descontento es con las toallas del baño están muy usadas y hasta rotas unas de ellas. Las sábanas y fundas están demasiado usadas y parece que se van a romper de tanto uso. Las cortinas tienen agujeros o desgaste por donde entra la luz del día. Y por último, el almuerzo estaba completamente frío, el guisado, los chilaquiles, los frijoles. Pagar casi $150 Dlls por noche creo que amerita mínimo unas toallas y sábanas más nuevas. Estoy hablando de la habitación 207 específicamente.

Stayed here for my mom’s visa and citizenship stuff and the staff was super helpful with everything! It was a few minutes from everything and we felt very safe there.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. There was one cafeteria lady that wasn’t too friendly, but other than her everyone was super nice and accommodating. We arrived before check in time and they were able to get us a room with minimal wait time. The property location is great.. very safe in and around the area.. walking distance to the US consulate, to the two consular medical exam clinics, and to the biometrics office. There is a Mall and Starbucks nearby and many places to eat. The hotel provides free transportation to and from the airport, consular appoin**ents, and to nearby locations. The drivers are very nice as well. Nice rooms, clean and well kept .. continental breakfast was good.. The CONs are minor.. there was some sort of remodeling/construction work going on, so lots of banging and drilling noises early in the morning and sometimes into late in the day..... but not during night time so I was grateful for that.
Overall it’s a great choice and strongly recommend it!
