I have never been insulted as much as I was in this place. My family member has a disability and we were told to leave the premises. We were not “allowed” to have anyone pick us up as there is a NO visitor policy, according to the front office. The room was NOT accessible at all and it is sold as such! Please take care of your family and don’t stay here. Ohhh and they allow SOME people to party all throughout the night.

Esta muy descuidados las habitaciones y están muy limitadas, no hay toallas para las manos ni tapete o toalla para los pies. Además los shampoos que dejaron estaban rellenos solo de agua. Lo peor es que se debe dejar un deposito en efectivo de 200 pesos para que te presten un control remoto para la TV. Si no traes efectivo, pues ya te quedaste sin control. El aire acondicionado no servía, por lo que solo dejaron frazadas para poner en la cama.
