Great looking hotel only issue we had was the water in the shower the first night had no pressure and the next day the shower water was freezing cold. Tried everything to get warm water but never did get the warm water out of the shower.

El Hotel es extraordinario, lo que me hace no darle 5 estrellas es que dejan detalles que limitan la experiencia, el bar del Hotel lo cierran a las 10, el café lo llevan al cuarto en vasos desechables pero servidos a la mitad, quieren ahorrar en el aire acondicionado del gym a consta de la experiencia del cliente, el estacionamiento tiene sensores para prender pero solo duran 1 segundo, deberían durar al menos 5 segundos, creo que esto hace dudar volver a qued**** ahí... los pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia sin duda afecta la experiencia, tuvimos que avisar 2 veces para que limpien em cuarto y afortunadamente si lo hicieron.
