Me quise hospedar a ti porque es el único que tenía piscina climatizada, pese a que me he hospedado muchas veces ahí me dijeron que nunca habían tenido piscina climatizada y que no la podrían poner. La verdad hay muchos mejores opciones y más baratas en ciudad Victoria. Lo peor de todo fue la atención nunca volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Buen servicio , muy atentos a cualquier situación, los colchones muy cómodos y buena almohada; cuartos limpios, en mi caso fui de trabajo y estaba muy tranquilo, pude descansar sin mayor problema los 2 días que estuve trabajando en la ciudad

Great place in the middle of down town with lots of restaurants and stores to shop. The only bad thing No hot water so we couldn’t take a shower water was too cold ! Breakfast was included and really good they cook in front of you any way you want eggs and lots of other hot breakfast delicious after driving 15 hours

Siempre me hospedo aqui porque es el mejor hotel de cd Victoria, me hacen sentir en casa, la atención de todo el personal es excelente, se duerme muy bien y el desayuno es el mejor, súper completo (desayuno/almuerzo), café gratis a cualquier hora y las instalaciones muy bien.

The hotel is in front the plaza and if you have a room with balcony it is beautiful the view, the service was very good, everybody was very polite. The valet parking was very careful with my truck. The room was ok, nothing impressive but it was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast was deliciuos and they even have a chef cooking for you however you like your eggs.
The only complaint that i have it is that i did not receive my free drinks that it was promise in the app as VIP member.
