Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camera pulita e comoda, forse il prezzo un po' alto. La posizione splendida. Bel panorama. La colazione buona, non ci siamo fermati a mangiare ma prometteva davvero bene.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questo hotel , le aspettative si sono rivelate tutt'altro rispetto a quanto preventivato , in una delle 2 stanze non arrivava l'acqua calda , nemmeno dopo averlo segnalato , le camere non sono state rifatte la mattina , ci era stato detto che potevamo cenare in loco , così non è stato , unico lato positivo , la colazione . È una struttura datata ma soprattutto a mio parere mal gestita . Così gestendo dubito i clienti ritornino

Premetto che frequento il posto da molti anni e andando in questo albergo, (l'unico presente) una struttura di 50 anni mai rinnovata in arredamento e impianti sapevo esattamente cosa aspettarmi.. la differenza è che la vecchia gestione dei titolari, con l'ottima cucina tipica e il saper fare il proprio mestiere riusciva a far passare in secondo piano le carenze della struttura.. senza entrare nei dettagli, purtroppo la nuova gestione si è dimostrata totalmente inadeguata ad andare oltre il bad and breakfast.. il che potrebbe anche andare bene finché non vuoi ospitare cinque famiglie, come noi, con bambini anche piccoli in trattamento di mezza pensione, servendo una cena in qualità e servizio DISASTROSA. Infine a nostra lamentela rispondere che per una bambina di 2 anni ci si dovrebbe portare il pasto da casa.. è follia. Continueremo a frequentare Poira, bellissimo posto, mai più l'albergo Bellavista.
