The staff asked for my valuable feedback and suggestions, and honestly, I only have praise and compliments. The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. It's rare to find young people with such a great service attitude and awareness these days. When they noticed I wasn't feeling well, they immediately offered help and even reported it to their manager. The manager promptly called to check on me and respectfully asked if it was convenient for them to visit me in person (they were very mindful of boundaries). This was truly an unexpectedly wonderful hotel experience!

My family and I stayed here and had a truly comfortable experience overall. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner thoroughly cleaned. The room itself was spacious, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The hotel's security was strict, which made us feel very safe during our stay. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and getting a taxi is incredibly convenient. The thoughtful and attentive service, combined with the clean and comfortable rooms, made our trip even more enjoyable. This is definitely a hotel worth choosing again and again.
