前台服務很到位，房間乾淨環境不錯，看我們是二位長者入住就給房間升了級。以後來慈溪還會入住。

位置不錯，吃飯什麼的都方便。比較老的裝修，設施設備都老了，插座面板是松的，地毯是沒吸乾淨的，冰箱不製冷，給我們的説法是酒店的冰箱就這樣的。到處可見明顯的灰塵，早飯品種少，收盤子沒人，東西沒了也不添的，漏水的印跡也不修。前台小姑娘服務態度不錯，但餐廳裏下面和餛飩的服務態度太差，有幾個這個酒店的什麼總的人，天天在餐廳門口抽煙和服務員聊天，烏煙瘴氣，象是鄉下農家樂，配不上四星，不推薦大家來。
