Debora couldn't be bothered to understand the problem or devise a simple solution - nope, just easier to be a crank and say no. So I canceled all my future bookings - they could have rented me out a ”larger” room at the price they collected, would have cost them a room cleaning. Instead it cost them 2 rooms for the following 3 days. With unemployment this high, having a wretched crank who is ”not paid to think” is astonishing. whoever is running the restaurant side of that business, needs to replace whoever is rage sleeping behind the wheel of the front desk management. When your job could literally be done by a post it note, it is time to replace the burnt out light bulb that you're calling a manager.
