Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful

My husband and I stayed two nights over Easter with our 9 year old son. We all loved it, could no fault it from the accommodation to the pool facilities and excellent food. It is in a beautiful scenic spot beside the waterfall and it is lovely to stay somewhere that has old style charm, but with all the mod cons you need for a comfortable stay. The staff where lovely and very helpful in all areas of the hotel. Great location, just a few minutes from the beautiful beach in Lahinch and amazing scenic drives along the coast and through The Burren. We had dinner included the first night and it was very nice. The only fault we had was the portion size, just too much! I know this is a great complaint to have, as usually food is paired back quite a lot these days! Breakfast was also really good, buffet, but you can also order extras like pancakes freshly made. All-in-all a wonderful few days in Falls Hotel. Thank you to the great team working there!

Recent family break here was excellent. Efficient, friendly & welcoming receptionist was warming. We stayed in one of the well laid out 2 bedroom apartments over the leisure centre. Lovely setting in the living room overlooking the Cullenagh river & waterfall. Apartment was spotless, 2 decent en suite bedrooms. Decent kitchen & cooking area. Occasional, table / bedside lamps throughout would not go astray Easy access to leisure centre, simple but decent family changing facilities. Pool area is great, kiddie pool, main pool, jacuzzi & outdoor hot tub. Very clean throughout. Bar was busy, clean, good decent service. Although we didn’t dine here the food looked pretty good. Overall experience here was good, definitely will return.

Very impressive hotel, comfortable spacious foyer, wonderful views of the Falls from the bar/dining area. The hotel is 100 per run on hydro power from the river that runs past it. This is an amazing fete for the eco friendly guests. Pool, spa and outdoor hot tub and a must do experience

Fabulous location, only a short drive to Lahinch and lovely walk around the hotel! Loved the leisure centre, there is a gorgeous sauna overlooking the water. Great modern gym equipment too. Spacious room with comfortable bed and lovely finishes. Had a delicious meal, recommend the fish and chips and the chicken wings too! Really nice and welcoming staff, particularly the male waiter who served us, never got his name! Breakfast was perfect too. Plenty to do around County Clare and this hotel is a great base for exploring the county as well as being the perfect destination to just relax. Will return!

We went here for dinner at the recommendation of a rental agent. Not only were we disappointed with the food, we were disappointed with where we stayed as well. The menu lasked anything of interest to us. Perhaps it is an older crowd that they cater to, becasue we only saw older people, and I mean older.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Super staff and delightful surroundings. 2 lovely early mornings in the superb pool/spa.
